Burns & Associates has been working with reclaimed barn beams. These 100 year old + hand hewn timbers came out of the Ford Farm in Ludlow Vermont. The beams were salvaged during the dismantling of the original house.

This property is in the pre-construction stage. It is a one acre lot located on Okemo Mountain.
Building someone’s dream home takes imagination. Burns & Associates addresses the details which makes it unique. In this home, we accented the fireplace with a mantle that was a beam from a locally deconstructed 19th century barn. Custom cabinetry was incorporated with the masonry to create a built in media center.
Custom built out of western red pine, this wine cellar can house 1,300 bottles of wine in a temperature controlled environment. The pleasant, decor multiple lighting options makes it a enjoyable place to sample delicious wines from across the globe.
