I just wanted to update everyone on Burns & Associates winter activies. We have completed a renovation project in the SnowTrak development. It was a project that began in the fall and was just recently finished. The pictures will be up soon.

This property is in the pre-construction stage. It is a one acre lot located on Okemo Mountain.
Building someone’s dream home takes imagination. Burns & Associates addresses the details which makes it unique. In this home, we accented the fireplace with a mantle that was a beam from a locally deconstructed 19th century barn. Custom cabinetry was incorporated with the masonry to create a built in media center.
Custom built out of western red pine, this wine cellar can house 1,300 bottles of wine in a temperature controlled environment. The pleasant, decor multiple lighting options makes it a enjoyable place to sample delicious wines from across the globe.
