Hello everybody. Winter is in full swing here in Ludlow. The village just hosted its annual winter carnival. This weekend will bring more fireworks and more fun as presidents day is upon us. Burns & Associates has been busy clearing trees and roofs after all the snow we have had. We look forward to beginning our spring projects as soon as the weather gets warmer.

This property is in the pre-construction stage. It is a one acre lot located on Okemo Mountain.
Building someone’s dream home takes imagination. Burns & Associates addresses the details which makes it unique. In this home, we accented the fireplace with a mantle that was a beam from a locally deconstructed 19th century barn. Custom cabinetry was incorporated with the masonry to create a built in media center.
Custom built out of western red pine, this wine cellar can house 1,300 bottles of wine in a temperature controlled environment. The pleasant, decor multiple lighting options makes it a enjoyable place to sample delicious wines from across the globe.
