This three bedroom home has benefited from the addition of a fourth bedroom. It can be seen in this picture in the front left quadrant of the house. It was an efficient use of space on the main floor that takes advantage of the full bath outside of the door. This room added an additional four hundred square feet.

This property is in the pre-construction stage. It is a one acre lot located on Okemo Mountain.
Building someone’s dream home takes imagination. Burns & Associates addresses the details which makes it unique. In this home, we accented the fireplace with a mantle that was a beam from a locally deconstructed 19th century barn. Custom cabinetry was incorporated with the masonry to create a built in media center.
Custom built out of western red pine, this wine cellar can house 1,300 bottles of wine in a temperature controlled environment. The pleasant, decor multiple lighting options makes it a enjoyable place to sample delicious wines from across the globe.
